This painting shows the early fall mountains on the South side of Maggie Valley, North Carolina which is NE of Asheville.

The painting shows the mountain in Oregon at a time between Spring and Winter.  This painting was completed from a post card sent to me.

This painting was being showed in the Members Only Judged Art Show Dec. 2008 at the Paulding Fine Arts Associates in which it received 2nd Place.

This being my 17th Tall Ship in this series.  This painting places the ship in high wids and rough waters and headed towards a small storm.
