St. Marks Lighthouse is located in Florida in the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge on the Gulf of Mexico. A sunset in Florida's paradise.

A very nice looking lighthouse at a very quite beach and setting at an unknown location. A friend provided a picture but no information as to where it was located.

The light house is located in the costal waters near York, Maine.  This light house is still being used today.

This lighthouse is located along the English Seacoast in Dartmouth, South Devon, UK. Built in 1836, automated in 1993, has been guiding ships for 170 years.  The lighthouse is almost 92 feet tall.

This painting completed from a photo of the lighthouse before it was moved 2900 feet further back to a safer location. The night setting has many bright colors from the setting sun.

Built in 1803 and rebuilt in 1870 at a height of 200 feet tall.  Due to the ocean getting to close, the lighthouse was picked up and moved in 1993.  This is the only lighthouse that has been relocated in one piece, and still operating.

Not only has this lighthouse has been closed for some time, it collapsed into the Gulf of Mexico in Oct. 2005. It was located at Apalachicola, Florida.

Built 1833, rebuilt in 1848 to 75 feet tall, rebuilt again in 1852.  Shut down in 1861 until 1866, stayed operational until 1949.  The existing lights were replaced with automated lights from 1949 until deactivation in 1994.
